How-to Enable Pipelight PPA for Ubuntu/Mint Linux

The Tip Show How-to Enable the Pipelight Apt PPA for Ubuntu Based OS Systems.

  1. Open a Command Line Terminal Window

  2. Enabling Pipelight Apt PPA Repo on Ubuntu 
    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:pipelight/stable
    sudo apt-get update

    For Ubuntu Yakkety Based OSes May need Temporarily amend the Repo with:

    sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pipelight-ubuntu-stable-xenial.list

    Then Changing the “yakkety” in “xenial”…
    Ctrl+x to Save & Exit from nano Editor.
